Magnetic Float Level Gauge (Multifunctional Type)

◆ Overview

The multi-function magnetic float level gauge consists of a magnetic float level gauge, a magnetic float level remote transmitter, and a magnetic level switch. In addition to the on-site level indication function of a general magnetic float level gauge, it can also indicate the level in the control room through the transmitter and display instrument, and can achieve functions such as high and low level alarms and level control. 

Working Principle:

A. Remote Type: The magnetic float level gauge contains a magnet. Due to the buoyancy of the liquid, the float moves up and down with changes in the liquid level. The magnetic force of the float magnet acts on the magnetic sensing element of the transmitter and changes, converting it into a 4-20mADC DC standard signal output. This enables remote level indication, detection, control, and recording through the display instrument. Customizable intelligent HART protocol remote type. 

B. Magnetic Level Switch Type: When the magnetic float level gauge moves up and down with the liquid level, the magnetic force in the float acts on the switch and memorizes, causing the switch to be in an open or closed state. UHC-K-1 is a latching type, UHC-K-2 is a non-latching type. UHC-BK is an explosion-proof type.
